Milton Brown – Customer Service Rep

I’m a 1979 graduate of Bonham High School.
I played Semi Pro Football in the North Texas Football League for 4 years. Married 25 years to Darlene Brown and we have 2 daughters, Hannah 22 and Jayla 18.
I've been with Douglass Distributing since 1999.
I was a driver for 16 years, then transitioned to my role in Customer Service in 2015. I’ve delivered basically any and all products our company sales. I was labeled as a “Utility Driver” that circulated to whatever department I was needed in. I’m still a Class A licensed driver and certified to deliver propane in Texas and Oklahoma.
Presently, my job is servicing our many unbranded and Branded Dealer locations across North Texas and Southern Oklahoma. I also assist in servicing our company Lone Store Food Stores when needed. I’m a people person so I really enjoy my job because of the interactions with all our dealers.
When I’m not at work my favorite hobby is watching TV and spending a lot of time with my family.
