David Hayes – Senior Sales Executive

Orignally from Sherman, I started in the gas and oil industry with Thomason Oil a Gulf Oil jobber in 1979. I've been with Douglass Distributing since 1997 with 10 years costumer service and 14 years in sales helping to build a robust dealer division signing branded fuel contracts (ExxonMobil, Valero, Shamrock, Alon) as well as growing our unbranded dealer network.

I'm married to my high school sweetheart, Marcia, who also works for Douglass Distributing, in the commercial fuel division. We have 2 children, Casey and Ashley and 3 grandkids.

I enjoy working for the Douglass Family because they are one of a kind and truly care about their employees, community, and customers.
